Lunatech has vacancies for one junior Java EE developer, and one senior Java EE developer/architect with up to 50 per cent project/technical management responsibilities, or for an experienced developer who can grow into this role.

All staff take on delivery responsibility, and our senior developers manage our development projects, instead of non-coding project managers. We require people who can help our Java team create new customer solutions within the field of web services. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and willing to contribute ideas to the company, as well as code to projects. We are looking for:

• at least three years of practical experience in building large scale (web) applications based on Java EE or similar Java technologies
• knowledge of at least one other programming language, such as C, C++, Perl, Python, Ruby or C#
• knowledge of Java technologies such as JBoss Seam, MyFaces, JSF, Servlets, JSP, Struts, EJB (3), JNDI, JDBC, JMS
• experience in deploying applications on application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere and BEA WebLogic.
